We had our first run last night and the track is incredibly fast. Certainly an eye opener and a real learning curve to get out an run on these tracks.
We had hot laps a heat race and an A Main.
After a couple of minor teething issues with the new car the crew worked hard all night to get it sorted for the A Main. Dean wanted a top 10 finish and was happy to get up to a 9th place finish from grid 15.
Thanks to the crew who worked extremely hard getting the car out and running last night and to all the guys who have worked hours and hours to get all the cars ready for this trip.
And thanks to the local Speedway community at Skagit for the warm welcome to your home track.
We are cleaning the cars today and doing some more adjustments, changes etc and getting the cars ready for our next race down in Chico, CA on Friday the 10th June.
