Its all over, we came away with all our wings, chassis and driver intact
Dean finished 3rd in the C Main to transfer through to the back of the B Main. Dean needed to finish in the top 8 to go through to the A Main which is a big ask with some incredibly fast drivers also in the B Main.
As they were push starting the cars Dean pulled over to the side of the track as he thought his left front shock had come off, we started of the back and had climbed up to 14th place but the shock itself had actually broken internally and had stopped working all together and to add to Deans woes his last 10 tear offs on his helmet all ripped off in one go so he had no tear offs or vision for the last 10 laps and said he was driving with one hand wiping his helmet visor every corner.
However he still drove well and even though we didn't qualify for the A Main we still had a fantastic time tyring
Congratulations to our friend Jonathan Allard and his fantastic crew on winning this event, thanks to all the crews, drivers, teams, people, fans etc who welcomed us to all of these events.
Our computer has died so I cannot post any pictures until I get home
See you all soon

Dirt Cup so far...
Well its been a full on 2 days racing so far, we went out and qualified not too bad on night one and started off grid 7 of our heat race, we needed to get in the top 3 to go straight into the A main which was going to be a tough ask with a lot of top drivers in our heat race, Dean started and had passed 2 cars on the first lap when they threw a caution and a restart, started off again and the right rear shock broke off so we only managed to move up to 6th position.
Started off the back of the C Main and they were only taking 2 cars through to the B Main so the C was the end of our nights racing.
Night 2 and Dean qualified 24th and again we started off the back of the heat race managed to climb up a few spots but not enough, Dean won the C Main and finished 9th in the B Main not quite enough to get through but still a good nights racing.
Still having some engine issues which we will look at today and hopefully have sorted by tonight, its raining to day so will see if we get our last run in
Will keep you posted

Cottage Grove
What a night!! Shark Engines in Skagit fixed the motor this morning and had it on the Dyno about 1 - 2 O'clock this afternoon, Jeremy raced back down to Cottage Grove and pulled into the track at 8.58pm by 9.30pm we had fired up in the pits and lined up for the back of the B Main.
A huge thanks to everyone who helped we had the Allard team, Murphy team, Kaeding team, Tarlton team descend on the car and worked their magic on putting our engine in, it was incredible support and pretty cool to have these guys all helping.
We finished 3rd in the B Main and started off grid 21 for the A Main, we finished 15th and Dean drove a great race. Congratulations again to Jonathan Allard on leading the race from start to finish
Next is Skagit on Thursday night for Dirt Cup over 3 nights

Medford - Our engine luck continues!!!
Arrive at Medford - Southern Oregon Speedway on a beautiful day for another nights racing. We qualified 19th out of 32 cars. We finished 6th in out heat missing out on the A Main but we qualified in the B Main getting us through to the back of the A Main. We were all pretty excited at having qualified for an A Main, the crew did an amazing job and Dean was pumped ready to go, 2 laps in we had climbed up a couple of spots when the car stopped.
The Cam in our motor had broken and that was the end of the night, absolute heartbreak for Dean and the rest of the team. The frustrating part is we had the sent the motor over for a rebuild before we got here so it had only done 2 meetings, we carry out strict maintenance yet we still get bitten. Very disappointing and upsetting. The motor is being taken up to Skagit which is 6 hours away by a legend of a man Jeremy Ivey a long time friend of Jonathan's to see if we can get it repaired for Dirt Cup Week and possibly tomorrow night depending on what is wrong with it......will keep you updated.
On a plus side congratulations to Jonathan Allard on a great win last night

Racing at Chico
Well we got to Chico and spent some time hanging out with Jonathan and Lani, being Jonathan's home track it was good to know someone who knows the track and how it changes throughout the night.
We qualified 26th out of 38 which put us on grid 8 for our heat, we had to qualify in the top 4 to qualify for the A Main, we got up to 6th spot. So we ran the B Main off grid 13 and they were taking the top 6 into the A Main. Dean was doing really well and just about to take 7th spot when the car he was coming around the inside of turned down on us and spun us into the infield, only 3 laps to go and you don't get your spot back here you have to go off the back so we managed to claw back a couple of spots but not enough to get into the A Main.
Disappointing but still a great nights racing, we are off to Medford tomorrow for racing tomorrow night
